Thread: Hello

Hello everyone!
I am Grigorios, from Italy, have been on this forum just for maybe half a hour and have to say it is really stimulating and interesting.
A little bit about me (as a "dreamer...). I have always been fascinated by the world of dreams but haven't had a good dream recall until recently, except for some very emotional dreams, often connected with flying. Until recently I said, because starting from last January I decided to work hard on my dreams. So I read a few books (LaBerge and others), started my own dream journal and my own "mantra" to recall my dreams... and little by little I was able to recall at least one dream per night and often more, with great details too. And 3 times, I had the exhilarating experience of a Lucid Dream. So my interest, my involvement and my motivation, regarding the dream world, keeps growing and growing.
