Thread: Maintaining buzzing/tingling dizzyness

many times, i have been in a state where i have fallen asleep next to my girlfriend, and in my dream i am layed next to her and i feel a buzzing sensation going through my whole body, and i feel a tingling all over, and the room spins because i feel completely dizzy. my girlfriend asks me whats wrong with me in my dream and i cant speak. when i was able to lucid dream (it lasted a month ) i would sometimes still feel this tingling and dizzyness while walking around my room in my lucid dream. i used this feeling as a dreamsign to become lucid, and it worked extremely well, but the wierd thing is that i mainly got this feeling when layed next to my girlfriend. I never knew whether i hated the feeling or loved it, it was like a drug but at the same time it was like an electric shock that didnt hurt. i could mainly feel it in my head, and it fealt very real.

now i dont get that feeling anymore, but i have been reading a lot and discovered other people describing a similar feeling, and i was wondering if this was some sort of boundary between conciousness and the dreamstate, and when i could feel it while dreaming i may have been "almost awake" or possibly carried this feeling with me into my dream?

i think it was just entering the sleep paralysis while concious and the same things or relative are felt during WILD
