      Hello

Hi, I desperately want to get my first lucid dream. I am being obsessed with this for already 3 months...

I decided to register so I'm able to obtain help in my quest and share my experiences.
I'm into binaurals, isochronics at the moment although it didn't delivered me any success.

      Hello.

Being obsessed with something will just make it hard. Things will come in the right time.
      What you need is dedication.

      Welcome, Mr. Fries!

Have you looked into any of the induction methods, such as WILDs, DILDs, etc? You can find them right here.

Binaurals and isochronics, interesting though they are, are not proven to do much with inducing lucid dreams. They can be used as an aid (I think of it as "prepping" my brain waves for theta, which is the variety of waves that is commonly found when in REM sleep), but they haven't been known yet to reliably induce lucid dreams.

However, the nice thing about lucid aids, is they are usually used in conjunction with an induction method, and it may boost your success rate.

The only guaranteed method is time and dedication!
