      Worst Case Scenario!?

      Yes, I'm having what I call a worst case scenario... I've tryed HILD (No Success, Attention Span )... I've Tryed WILD (Same As HILD )... I keep a dream journal, also do reality checks daily... any help?

      Well dream journals can take time.

      I kept one for 2 weeks before I started noticing an increase in LDs.

      Just keep it up for a while and be patient.
