      I believe I had my first lucid

      ok so i need some explination so I was in my after school program for drama for like 4 hours so i decided to close my eyes for thirty minutes and picture my dream scene for dream residue I also recited my mantra. Then later the next day I dremt about a person that said this is a lucid I then prceded to move the person with my mind it was wierd but I didnt panic was this just a dream, a semi-lucid, or a lucid thanks in advance for the responses

      sounds like that was definitely a Lucid Dream
      I had a lucid dream in one of my classes as well. Its really cool how you can have one in such a short amount of time. Only thing was, it was my first lucid dream and panicked mostly because i was already panicking in my lucid dream

      Sounds like it, over time your lucid dreams will become more and more complex
