      My introduction

Well hello all, just found your site after deciding to search for lucid dreaming ( I saw a documentary about 5 years ago all about lucid dreaming and for some reason I wanted to learn more tonight) anyways I'm 19, male from the UK and my name is Bernie.
Obviously I want to learn how to make my dreams lucid, but I want to experiment with fear, for instance I am scared of zombies, both on horror films and the notion that it could ever be reality (dont laugh) for this reason I cannot play doom 3 I want to experiment with it and see if I can turn the fear into another emotion e.g humour. I am going to experiment on me first and then my girlfriend who is afraid of flying (planes) and hights, this is my main reason for wanting to have lucid dreams. I don't doubt that it has been done before, as I have only just signed up to the site I haven't had a proper chance to do some proper research, anyways i'm sure ill speak to you all soon
      regards Bernie

      Re: My introduction

Hey Bernie Lucid dreaming is a good way to face one's fears in a safe environment and has been experimented with. Stephen LaBerge, the founder of the Lucidity Institute, has worked with this as well. As Howetzer said, check out the Tutorials to get you (and your girlfriend) lucid.

If you have any other questions feel free to post. Glad to have youa board

As I suggeted to Barney there is the Tutorials

And you can begin your own post also at the bottom on new topic if you have questions.
There is a lot of infromation, but don't get overwhelmed. Just begin with something that seems appealling. That is what I would suggest.
