i need some help!

i've read and tried many things on this site and i still cant quite get it right. i've been keeping a dream journal and everything i have perfect dream recall and everything...i just cant get any further than dream recall...i was wondering if someone who just got this learned could help me out.

Well you say you have dream recall down, but have you worked on your dream signs as well? When i first started, i was having a lot of trouble too, my dreams are very fast pace moving so it was hard for me to focus to ever figure out i was dreaming because the dream kept moving too fast, i ended up using this as a dream sign. Dream recall can be handy, but you need 2 find other ways to recognize that you are dreaming. The other thing I'v been told that really counts is having confidence... i know that sounds super corny, but it's kinda true. You have 2 go into this thinking you can be a lucid dreamer
