      HELLO:)ALL NEW AND CONTENT

hello everyone. my name is sarah and im new to this forum obviously! since i was young my dreams have been important part of my life. i used to dream about everyday before it happened and lucid dreamed often. every dream was so strange that when i woke my head buzzed with a million different images that i just couldnt contemplate! now that im 16 and getting older my dreams are not wat they used to be. there much less vivid and lucid and sometimes i dont remember my dreams at all! all the stress of school and growing up seems to have put a small fog over my dreams. did anyone find this? well im glad i found this site becuase i want to dream like i used to and hopefully lucid dream which i used to love. well thats my rather long introduction. happy dreaming

      Welcome to DV Sarah!!

You should be able to find a lot of good information on improving your dream recall on this site. Also, checking out the tutorial section will probably be in your best interest...being that there is a lot of useful information to be absorbed and applied in that section.

I hope you enjoy your stay here and that you can get back to your old style of dreaming.

In the Moment said everything that needs to be said

Anxiety of Life often gets in the way of my dreams, when i feel i have to get out of bed as soon as i wake up my dreams are non-existant.

Cool image btw, "A Clockwork Orange" is a classic movie.

Why hello there! I'm new here too, been a member for three days, and I tonight I had my first LD in about half a year.
I've also always been known for my very strange and vivid dreams, but for me stress actually increases my dreaming, even though those dreams aren't always so pleasant
I've kept a dream journal for three years now. I suggest you start one too, if you haven't already =) My dream recall is great now! ^ ^

Dream well, and btw I like your avatar
