      Control Factor

      hey guys,

Once i had a lucid dream, where i consciously created almost every setting and situation, from beginning to end. i achieved this spontaneously one time as i was falling back to sleep; I was consciously aware i was falling into the dream. I havent been able to do this since, and that was more than half a year ago.

okay so when i have dreams everyday, i'm aware (or subconsciously aware) i'm dreaming. what i have trouble with is getting the awareness to be able to control my dreams.

For example - whenever i'm in a emergency situation (which is most of the time), i naturally act towards that situation; whether it be running away, or fighting. The thing is, I don't have to deal with these situations..
Anyways I'd like get to the point of lucidness where its like, "hey.. its a DREAM, i KNOW i can do whatever i want!!".

So my question is, how do i get there? This is like my plateau

At the moment, i'm working on implenting reality check into everyday life.

I takes time, you'll get there just keep up at it.
Just remember your not trying to change the dream, your trying to change yourself because the dream is you. Everything that happens there is a reflection of you. When you change the dreams will change too.

      aaaaaaa
Then you realize that it is not the spoon that bends but yourself.

I was actually gonna say something about that. Am i so caught up in my emotion, that it traps me in an emotional dreamstate? But is there not a possibility, to snap out of that? or are my emotions too strong for me to recognize my dream potential? i.e. attain lucid control.

however, i will continue striving to be better person.

edit: actually now that i think of it, maybe i need to work on my emotions into a more neutral state.
