      Dream Eyes

Very often on these forums I have heard someone mentioned that once in sleep paralysis, you should open your "dream eyes", or something like that and you might find yourself in a dream. I've never done that before, usually when I'm in SP, I just imagine something and the image fades in and I focus it. Is it more effective to just open your eyes and find yourself in a dream?

I'm not so sure about this, because I'm not too experienced at WILD, but this is just what makes sense to me. Either way, you're going to enter the dream, but there will be a few differences. Psychologically, you'll expect it to be more vivid if you "open your eyes" to it versus having it appear behind your eyes. But, you'll comprehend it being a dream more if you see it as being behind your eyes, so you'll have more control. When you make it appear behind your eyes, you have the added advantage of being able to make it more vivid with the control, but people who start off with the dream vivid may have a difficulty believing that it's a dream with the lowered logic and may have very little control or lose lucidity. However, that's just what makes sense to me. I can't really speak from experience.
