      Welcome to DreamViews Lucid dream induction tones work the best if you use them right before your 3rd REM cycle. You could also try before bed but usually that is too deep of a sleep for the brain to focus on the sounds. The link you need is here . Make sure you scroll down until you see the Lucid dreams section. There are three different types. Read each description and choose the ones you want. Hoped I helped and Good Luck.
