      Hi I'm new

      Hello,

I've found these forums while doing researches on LD.
I basically haven't reached vivid Lucid Dreaming yet (only those cheap vague lucid dreams), but got interested in it since I'm used to having sleep paralysis on my first week-end day, and recall having those VERY often as a child (and thinking they were dreams).

I am only interested in WILD (most vivid dreams are there, am I right?) I have a lot of trouble with it though, hopefully I'll succeed. This is the furthest I've reached:
-After a while not moving, my whole body starts "burning", my heart goes very fast and I do my best to keep my breathing stable. No sleep paralysis after that though. Can anyone give me advice?

Something else: A "tip" to make portals: Find a door, imagine where it's going to lead you, open it, step in, you're there.

      Bye

Welcome to the forums, it looks like you are already doing pretty well. Just keep at it, after the burning and heart pumping try to imagine the dream around you. Imagine that you are actually in the dream and begin picturing things around you. Eventually the dream will form and you'll be in it.

I wasn't close to any hallucination though.
