      heey! :)))

Hey guys! I'm new to forums. I'm not too sure what to provide on my intro but I'd like to start off by saying the name's Kristina! I'm 15 years old which I hope is a normal age to be on a forum like this... Well, the reason I joined in the first place was because I'd been experiencing wake-initiated lucid dreams for years and years now. I've asked others what this could be and they just told me that's just weird. Well I finally researched it and based on the reviews on it, I now now that it's not something to be afraid of.(I was afraid of it all this time.) Anyway, this only makes me excited for tonight! Well, I hope I get along with everyone or most everyone on this forum! I look forward to talking to you all. Thanks so much!

      Welcome to DV!

You have been experiencing WILDS (Wake initiated lucid dreams) for years now?!

Do you have any tips or ticks that you do when you attempt it?
Current status: Practicing my WILD method.

thank you! and well, honestly i dont really know what i do. sometimes it's the fear that gets me into this state. like, i'd wake myself up from a WILD and go back to sleep and have another WILD dream..(Id waken myself up from a WILD because i was scared of it, but then i go back into it because i think so much about not wanting it but still want sleep.),

WILD for me usually occurs when i'm tired along with thinking about those dreams or not. sooo, not so sure if this works or helps but,

stay up get tired focus on that trying to get that dream(i guess, cause i always focus on tryng to not get that type of dream--or at least used to), but still wanting sleep close your eyes and expect somee magicc , i guess, hhaha,
