      Diabetics?

I have type 1 juvenile diabetes and it was just a thought? does diabetes have any effects on dreams? all that i know is that i wake up when my glocuse level gets too low... but sometimes i wake up with high blood glucose levels... which means it was high during the night while sleeping? so question... does it have any effects on my dreaming?

Good question. My answer: I have no idea.

I have hypoglycemia myself. The few times my blood/sugar level got too extreme and I passed out, I totally blacked out and didn’t dream at all (which is scary as hell because I never not dream). Other than that, I haven’t noticed any changes in my dreams according to my blood/sugar levels. However, I don’t think this is an experiment I would want to test. >.<
