WILD technique sweating?

Do you sweat a lot trying it? I just seem to have sweat all over myself. Am I going in the right direction or am I doing something similar to 'Leaving my Body'?

i do sweat when i try it, but just because i tend to get really warm..

I think it's just room temperature. If it's real warm, you're probably gonna sweat, if its cold, you're probably not. Sweating while attempting WILD is basically the same as sweating when you sleep normally.

with both my LDs, i woke up drenched. i don't normally sweat in bed at all.

I haven't tried WILD yet, but I don't really sweat much. Maybe your heat's turned up or something

I had only one lucid dreams and they were WILD cause i have awaken few time before i had the lucid dreams......and i was sweating alot.

sweating after WILD? I don't know because I havent tried WILD yet but it seems to me that every dream we remember has a certain effect on our body. was your dream intriguing in any way?You know, like funeral dreams , nightmares , sex dreams . If I have one of the afore mentioned dreams I always wake up all sweated. As I have already mentioned in my topic my first kinda lucid dream was that of my grandma and if I remember well I woke up not exactly sweated but cold-as if one had sprayed me with ice cold water.hope this helps The Uncertainty Principle
