Today at around 12 during the day I went for a nap and tried to WILD.

I lay on my back (which isn't how I usually sleep) and I obtained sleep paralysis. I didn't get much further than that...no hallucinations or seeing colours. At one point I felt like a slow wave push from my feet up which made me feel even number. I think the closest moment was when I felt like I was rocking/spinning, like when you come off a bad boat ride (except more powerful and faster rocking), but that eventually stopped. I tried changing positions (on my side like I normally sleep) but it all seemed to go downhill, and after about 90mins I gave up.

Any tips/suggestions? Thanks. When should I try again?
