Thread: Deeply Ashamed of what I did last night.

I have been popping Valerian as this has resulted in some Very Vivid Dreams indeed. Trouble is, I remember what I did in this dream with such detail it is making me feel ashamed. Anyone else had this. I won't elaborate but it was of a Sexual Nature.

well, if it wasn't an LD then you couldn't really control it. so it's not like it's your fault.

no, there aren't. dreams are a total creation of your mind, and if you aren't aware that you're dreaming then you have absolutely no control over your actions. it sounds like a pretty serious dream, maybe your subconscious is trying to tell you something important? i personally think all dreams have some kind of meaning. and don't get worried, it may not be a bad thing exactly. since i don't know any of the details (and i'm really no interpretation expert) i doubt i could be of much help...but i know that some of my dreams have surprised me by making me aware of things i would have otherwise been clueless about, had i not taken a little time to find their meanings.
