i've had exactly the same problem. |

I have been trying to do WILDs recently, however I find that as I am focusing on the images, my eyes start to slowly opening perhaps thinking that they are really trying to look at something... I have tried some things from relaxing for a good 30 minutes first to hope that my eyes will stay shut, and also lying down with my face in a pillow so that they have to stay shut. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Any advice? |

I spilled spot remover on my dog. He's gone now.
thanks, the mask is a good idea... Today i actually had a semisuccessful WILD. I was focusing on relaxing so when i returned to looking at the images, my eyes wouldn't open, however, i nodded off longer than i expected and started to dream a bit, then i remembered my goal all of a sudden and tried to realize what i was seeing... I was in a strange room for about ten seconds before my excitement woke me up again... keep at it, i just started about a week ago and im seeing some progress. I think getting some ear plugs and and eye thingie will make a big difference because external noises always seem to float into my mind when i least want them too. |
