      Cool Need some more help

      I keep finding myself unable to even notice i'm dreaming. Anyone got any good ways to control yourself in a dream? I repeatedly find myself unable to remember to RC in a dream. Need some help there...

      just do more RC's and try to be more aware during the day. i noticed just today that we always look directly at things, but if you look to your left and right alot, you seem to be more aware of your surroundings.

      Well first off...
      How long have you been trying? Lucid dreaming can take a while, take me for example, i have been on here for 2 years and am now just starting to have lucid dreams.

      Also, do you keep a dream journal? You definitely need to do that.

      Anyways, just be patient! No pain no gain!
