Thread: Almost had it?

I've unintentionally had 2 WILD LDs before, and last night I thought I would try to induce one. I did some reading around and read some tutorials on how to WILD. I woke up at 4 in the morning, watched a movie for about 45 minutes, and then I proceeded to attempt a WILD. I laid still for about 30 minutes.

I started seeing HI and then my ears started to "flex" and I heard this beat playing. At that point, I was sure that I was about to enter sleep paralysis. For whatever reason, at that point, my eyes decided to open themselves slowly.The HI and the sounds I was hearing soon disappeared. How close was I? Has anyone ever had this problem?

You made it longer them me, that's for sure, just continue and you will be lucid, i only made it to blue color appearing in my closed eyes before i freaked out, gotta try again!

Well I'm not a huge WILD guy but this is my best guess.

I think you were almost there, SP just hadn't set in yet. As for having that experience I haven't gotten that far yet in a WILD.

But don't be bummed! You made it pretty far, you will probably get it next time.
