One of my friends at school introduced me to the incredible world of Lucid Dreaming. After he gave me the basics, I was off and running. I started my dream journal that very night, and have been doing my best to update every time I wake. I have been doing this for about two weeks now, and I believe I may have had a lucid dream. I am not sure, because I think I may have dreamed that I had one. Is this possible? I remeber realizing it was a dream, though. Also, I have taken illegal drugs in half of my dreams. I this my dreamsign? Thank you for your help and I am very grateful to be a new member of the community.

Welcome, cobainkid! It is possible to dream about having a lucid dream. Nonetheless, if you was aware of the fact that you was dreaming, you definitely was lucid. I think dreaming about an LD means that you don't realize that you dream but you do all kinds of fun things you would do in an LD, and therefore seem to have a lucid dream. You mentioned at some point in time that you realized you were dreaming, so basically It was a lucid dream. And if the illegal drugs appear in a lot of your dreams, then yep, thats a dream sign all right, use it to your advantage.
