Hi all and I'm new to the group. I've been lucid dreaming/OBE'ing for years and pretty much have at least one a day now. In the last 3-6 months I've been rapidly progressing and have been able to stay lucid for over an hour without losing consciousness and just recently I managed to stay lucid for almost two hours. This site looks great and it seems like there's a lot of active posting going on. I'm apart of several LD groups and forums but I still need to find more people to discuss this topic with. looking forward to being apart of the discussions.

Thanks for the welcome everyone. I almost put myself as being a lucid expert but in years from now I know I'll know what it's truly like to be a lucid expert or master for that matter. I pretty much lucid dream everynight (mornings where I wake without any lucid dreams are becoming more and more uncommon) and am really good at it but I know that there is so much more to learn. I am able to string lucid dreams together so that I can remain lucid for over an hour which is a technique that I'll post. I hope you guys don't mind cut and paste here for some things because I have a lot of really cool ideas from other dream forums and don't want to type it all again. Don't worry I only have a gew things to cut and paste here.
