Hey, my name is Caitlin. Ive been trying to lucrid dream for quite a long time now, but all I manage to dream is like a movie thats played out to me. Im hoping that by being a member of this forum I can improve my lucrid dreaming.

hey Tell~Her~Tonight, welcome to DreamViews. have you tried any techniques to induce lucidity? I would recommend that you check out the Tutorials Section, it has alot of information that may help you.

thank you. So far what Ive been doing is thinking about what I'd like to dream about and I write down my dreams when I wake up.

so you have a decent dream recall? that's good, if you can remember at least one or two dreams a night then you're ready to use any of the techniques. there are plenty described in the tutorials section, try some out and find the ones that work best for you. an important thing is to have a good attitude about it, if you're stressed or upset that you can't do it, or if you believe that you can't, it will make it much harder. if you have any questions, just make a post or Private Message a member of the staff.
