      pseudo-lucid killing me

Ok..3rd night it happens. I dream about becoming lucid in my dream. All of these dreams are DILD's(i think so, but they certainly arent WILD's) It is really confusing because i understand i am lucid,i am 100% that i am dreaming, i try to do something impossible and i do it, but its ALL in my dream...quite tricky of my mind to avoid lucid dreaming and who knows why. Any way i can get over it?i also havent got a lucid dream yet and its getting frustratinh

Maybe try something to increase vividness because it sounds like you just arent controlling your dream well enough or something.

I dont think thats my case...i think that i dream of myself getting lucid...thats why i remember myself making stupid thoughts, like being afraid of embarassment or that i had to search in an old desk to find some sleepying gas to make my teacher sleep.

You should try and increase your awareness in normal life. For example, you can do reality checks, or practice all-day awareness. This will also increase your awareness in dreams, so when lucid dreaming comes up as a topic in a dream, you'll have a better chance of remembering to do an RC.

A few nights ago, I dreamed about becoming lucid as well. I wasn't aware that I was dreaming, but my dream self certainly was. A few nights before that, I dreamed about being a scientist researching lucid dreams, and entered a lucid dream in that dream too.

Then, last night, I had my first two real lucid dreams since I was a kid.

I think once you start dreaming about lucid dreams, you're getting close. Your mind is now thinking about lucidity on a subconscious level. Now it is probably time to redouble your efforts.

Make certain you are completely aware of your surroundings and thoughts when you do reality checks (You don't want to do an RC in a dream, only to ignore signs that you are dreaming because you have trained yourself to do RCs without thinking about them). Do more RCs. Use auto-suggestion before you sleep to convince yourself that you are going to achieve full lucidity. Et cetera.
