Hi, i need a little help

I just had lucid dream after long time.
Start of dream was same as i fell asleep, i was lying in bed, sheets covering my face but leaving a hole that i can see. I tried to get up but i couldn't, i tried to remove sheets from face, but i couldn't, like i didn't have strength to do it, i started drifting out of dream and started rubbing my hands so i got back in dream, i was struggling and fell on the floor(still in dream) struggled a bit and then woke up.

I had couple Lucid dreams while ago and they were perfect, maybe bit short but i always did what i wanted. And last few months i find hard to get in dream. any advices?

      p.s. I am using W.I.L.D technique

Some lucids are just like that you just can't do anything. The only thing I can think of is visualizing a new place to get free of that room, if it's dark in your dream command there to be light that often helps me get moving when I appear in my room. I don't really know what else you could try, besides just trying again later when you get in a more high quality dream.

I could move my body, problem is that i was like chained by sheets that i cover myself with. It was over my eyes and all i could see is little hole that i could see my room from there.
Thanks, i will try going in lucid dream later.

I tried thinking about being free from "sheet chains" but still nothing happened.
