Many people find that writing in a dream journal in the mornign helps them remeber your drreasm. Just have a pen and paper next to you, and when you wake up, write down anything you rememeber. Even if you dont think you remeber anything, just open the book up and write down how you feel, dreams will start to follow.
Another tip is to, beofre you go to bed, tell yourslef that you will wake up and clearly remember your dreams in the morning. really belvie it, and it will work.
One last tip is to try to set your alarm clock to wake you up in the midle of the night, and most liley you will remeber your dream beacse you will be woken up form it, and then wirte it down in the dream journal so you will recall it in the morning.
