Well, I think its because for the past couple of years, ive been going to sleep 12:00+. Now the past 4 days, Ive been going to bed at or before 10:00 and find myself not falling asleep untill after 12:00 usually.. I have been wanting to try the WILD technique, but seeing is how I cant get the right amount of sleep and wake up at the right time, I cant really.. Any help would be appreciated! |
