      Hey Guys!

      Hey guys, I'm 16 (tomorrow)and I'm from Canada!
      I am very interested in lucid dreaming / AP.
      I started a dream journal yesterday to improve my dream recall (which is not very good).
      Also, if any of you have advices / tips, feel free!

      Keep on with your Dream Journal, you'll see your recall will improve quickly.
      Also check this page to read about the techniques, and choose the one you think looks best for you.
      Probably Arch will show up later, with an awesome post with all the tutorials you'll need to get started

      Hello, here is my tip list!


      I advise you try this structure
      This is in the order that I think is best done!
      Start Dream Journal (Improve Recall) > Reality Check in the day + All Day Awareness + Mantra before bed > DILD/MILD > stay still when you wake up > DEILD.
