Hey,
I FINALLY LDd! well sorta. After 2 weeks and 3 days.

I was @ a prison, just visiting, and there was a prison break! I run to a guard and he says i have 30 seconds to leave cuz theyre gona bomb the place or something. so im running to my car and I cant find it! then i think to myself, "wait, im dreaming, i can just tell my car to come to me." so i did and it just drove up. but it drove away before i got in it. I was pretty excited i was lucid all the same. I began losing focus, everything went fuzzy. I remembered i had to stabilize. I kept saying "stabilize" but more to myself than to the dream itself. I bent down n started to feel the pavement so i could get a better feel of everything. It was still slipping though. I closed my eyes so i could concentrate better (rookie mistake).

I FA in my bed. I was so excited about my other experience though that i immediately said to myself "i bet im still dreaming". All of a sudden I couldnt move, I was stuck in my bed just staring at the wall. I tried moving my arms, they wouldnt move, but i kept moving them, ignoring the fact that they were still at my sides. I saw my arms come up. I could still feel them at my sides, but i also saw them infront of my face. It was like i had two sets of arms. Anyway, after that I heard a hysterical laugh comming from downstairs and I saw mysterious lights and shadows dancing around my room. I thought it was sp and that i was half awake. I stayed calm. Then i woke up.

It was so exciting. I cant really explain it, I think I was lucid in my first "prison" dream, but i never left the plot of the origional dream. I woke up smiling, It was only a few seconds, and there was really nothing to be excited about. but i was still happy, its a complicated feeling.

Congratulations! That dream is vaguely metaphorical for bursting from the chains of regular non-lucid dreams into the wonderfully free world of lucid dreams. Keep it up!

Hi there my friend, congrats on your first LD

. I remember the time I had my first LD, it was spectacular. Anyways, I suggest you take a look at the official Dream Stabilization and Clarity Tutorial to know more on how you can prolong your dream length and make out the most of it. Keep up the good work
