ok so i've been reading this evening about sleep paralysis. I want to try this and see if it helps my recall because I have been having a dry spell regarding my dream recall. Its been frustrating because ive been trying hard to remember and write them down but I forget them so easily. anyways if someone can help me with SP that would be awesome. |

For me it usually takes about 15 minutes of letting my mind wander and just staying still, don't be too bothered about getting into SP the goal should be to enter a dream consciously. |

Make sure you aren't trying to WILD before you first go to bed at night. That's pointless. Only WILD with a WBTB or in an afternoon nap. Just read the WILD guides on here and practice practice practice. |

Are you sure you don't mean WILDing? Sleep paralysis in itself does nothing for recall, as it merely serves to keep your body locked in place while you dream. Pulling off a WILD, however, can help (in theory) as you're conscious of what's happening from the start. WILDs don't rely on SP either, as all but 1 of mine have been achieved without any form of such. |
