(N00b) First Two Night after learning about Lucid Dreams, First two Lucids?

Hi! As you can tell, I'm new here. I recently was re-introduced to lucid dreaming. The first night I learned about it, I did some intense Google searching, and ended up having a (sort of) Lucid dream on my first night. (MILD tech.) It lasted about 5 minutes. When I first became lucid, I sort of forgot about the other stuff I learned, and had a bizarre Lucid dream (if it even counts): I was at my desk. I felt like I had no body, and I was just a pair of eyes, and I thought: I want an email saying I won a contest for 10,000 free guitars. It happened, and an e-mail popped up. Is that lucid? Or is it just a lucky guess? I never remember feeling "Wait, I'm dreaming," but I felt I had control. The next night, I had another lucid dream, where I definitely concluded I was dreaming, but I didn't have very much control at all. The second dream was about Minecraft, where I was in the world. When I became Lucid, I thought really hard about terraforming the land I was near, but nothing happened. Was it not Lucid? Does it not count? How can I gain more control?

Thanks for the warm welcome, I hope to stay in this community for a while.

Sounds very similar to my first real time. I had a LD first night I know what it was, then totally forgot about it for a year and had another. I had no control, but knew it was a dream. Control comes from practice. I recommend getting more experience lucid dreaming before attempting control because controlling dreams destabilizes them.
