      What is RC?

ok, i can't escape the things that proof me that life is also a dream. So what counts as RC then?

I went to boil some coffee and wondered that when i press the buttons of stove, dial goes from 1 to 1. to 2 to 2. and so on, while previously it had gone form even number to another (1 2 3 ...). I explained it to be caused by low recall and that previosly I have had my finger on the button and now I clicked it (new stove).. so i didn't bust the myth.

Now when i readjusted the temperature it went from even number to another. So I tried both ways (clicking and longer touch) but points after number didn't reappaer

RC stands for Reality Check, it's used in two ways, the first being in real life - whenever you notice something strange, something out of the ordinary, something that makes you look twice, you should do an RC instantly! E.g - try to put your finger through your hand, put your hand through a wall, look at some numbers and see if they change, if they dont change try and change them yourself, REALLY question if your dreaming. Why? for the second reason, that being, eventually you will do it in a dream!!! Out of nowhere something strange like the oven dial thing you said will happen, you will think "is this a dream?" do a RC then BOOOOM! lucid dream then you can keep using the RC to remain in control throughout the dream, if you don't you might slip back into a normal dream.

It all comes down to awareness, which you will probably hear a lot around here. Become more aware in your waking life, be aware so that when something strange happens you instantly think "is this a dream?" and very soon you will have an amazing lucid dream. Have fun!
