      My Handheld is Helping Me

I have recently thrown myself into lucid dreaming again, and technology is helping with dream recall. With my Palm on my bedside table, I cannot wait to wake up and enter my dreams. i don't have to turn on lights (so my wife keeps her knife tucked), and i don't have to decipher my illegible lefty scribble. The Datebook app. is great for entering dreams and it really gives me purpose for recall.
Also, I really like the way this forum is set up. Props to the powers.

Technology is good. Just make sure to keep it safe and away from any liquids. Make some backups if you haven't. People lose dreams easier that way.

Even with that it is a good way to recall dreams. Some people are more organized with the Palm. As long as you do it it's the same thing.

      See ya around,

      o yeah try this:

hook a USB headset up to an alarm on your pc that lets u upload a costom wav file. i had the file set to a certain volume set to give my mind a hint that i was dreaming such as "awaken to consciousness" or "you are dreaming" played over and over. it helped my dream recall a bit

Yeah, PDAs are real good for dream journalism. My Tungsten C has a nice keyboard on it so it's easy enough to write things. I did toy with a simple little program to sync your dreams to Dreamviews or something, but I'm too busy right now to even think of doing something like that, really.
