Hi all, new here and to the idea of lucid dreaming. I've been working on dream recall for the past two nights, my previous dream recall is absolutely horrid, but on my second night of telling myself I will remember my dreams that night, and waking after each dream, I managed to recall 3 dreams, which is usually as many as I remember over a course of about 4 months.

I've been wondering about using vitamin b6 and/or melatonin to help with dream clarity and recall, but I'm not sure how to start out. I read several topics in different forums already, but heard different answers from everybody and don't know what to think. Do these supplements need to be taken with each other? At what time of day should they be taken for best results? And are both of these available from a normal store, or do I need a prescription for either? I'm pretty sure I can purchase B6 at our local store, but not sure about melatonin. I heard melatonin will also relax the body yet keep the mind fresh, and wondered if melatonin could be taken before competition? I wrestle year round and am somewhat jumpy before matches, so maybe this could help. Maybe not, though.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
