Hey everyone! I just joined and wanted to say hi in the newbie forum

Although I never heard of the term or actual practice before, I have experienced lucid dreams when I was younger. Although, much like the introduction warns against, I never went further than that. I think it's quite amazing to actually have a whole group of people dedicated to this phenomenon. See you around!

Oh...one more thing....I loved all the info regarding brainwaves/sleep cycles, etc. (I'm a biology major in college...so I'm unconsciously attracted to science stuff )
