      Am i dreaming?/ hi everyone

      *wonders into forum*

ohhh... this is a cool place
I thought it only polite to say hello all.

seems like a nice atmosphere here, i didnt realise there was so much involved with dreaming. i was lookin for a way to increase my dream recolection as it was quite literally a 2 or 3 a year! an fate.. or god.. or aliens.. or my subconcience lead me here

And there are people here who think about things!! wow.... and can use a forum for sensible conversation... tht reminds me is there an area for non-sensible conversations? just wonderd.

anyhoo its a bit late here an i wanna see if i can remember 4 dreams in a row since i started coming here.

okay....seems to me like the best thing you can do is start a dream journal, either handwritten, or on here...that will immediately help you with your recall, as by writing things down every day, it trains your brain in the habit of recalling.
Let me post you a couple of links...

The one above is for dream journaling, you can read other's dreams too, which may help with the suggestive side of things, in that, if you read about dreaming, you may begin dreaming.

This is the 'Senseless Banter' forum, which is the epitome of non sensible conversations!
Unfortunately, i'm not very good at that, so i don't visit it very often!
Anyway, enjoy your stay at DV, you've come to the right place for answers to all your dreaming questions...
have a good look around, and if you have any more questions, PM someone!

      Welcome to the forum!
Keeping a DJ does seem to help recall, so try it!
