okay so i am definently new 2 this and i read the whole thing and i made notes on my new dream notebook and all i want 2 know is this the real deal does all this really work...

you mean a dream journal? a dream journal can help you recall dreams, which will in return enable you to recoginze your dreamstate more, which will then aid you to lucid dreaming.

Hi Dreamcatcher, welcome to Dream Views. Regarding your question, I follow the philosophy of "not going on what others say, but going on what you yourself have experienced through practice". That's a butchered version of what a certain historical figure said anyway. Toss in a little perserverence, a spoonful of begginers mind and shake. Serve with an olive, neat or on the rocks.

Yep its the real deal. But its only as real as you make it. Doubt will defnately make it as far away from you as the Pegasus system in our Universe. So you must show a portion of Belief and desire to make progress for yourself good luck in your ventures.
