No emotions?

Hey everybody! I was looking through the forum, but I didn't run across anyone that had this situation that I have. I started a dream journal about a week ago, think I have found a few dream signs, but I noticed that I don't seem to have any emotions in my dreams. Does this happen to anyone else? I am quite curious if this might impair my ability to have lucid dreams. In all of my dreams, I can't detect but the slightest hints of any emotions. Needless to say, what might be nightmares to others, are more or less entertainment to me....just like a curosity or some novel idea. I don't seem to have any problems recalling dreams, so I know I'm not just forgetting them. Are emotions necessary for lucid dreams? I couldn't find anything like this, so I thought I would see what all of you all think of it. Thanks for your time!

This kind of relates to a question I asked on the forum before, but could it possibly be that in your dreams there are emotions, but the manner in which you REMEMBER your dreams does not allow for emotional information to be recalled? Which would mean you are a visual or aural type of person?

I can recall some voices and exactly what they said, but it isn't too common. Most of the time, I don't remember what they said, but I understand what they were talking about. For example, if someone told me to do something, I would know what I am supposed to do, but I might not recall their exact words.
