by unconcious they dont mean it will be scary and someone will hit you in the head it means you might fall asleep and thats all but yes you will hear voices in your head |

Ok, I read the FAQ on WILDs and it said focusing on the imagery and sounds might cause u to go unconcious? This sounds a bit dangerous, what could happen to you? And I'd like to know other people's thoughts and feelings for these images and sounds that happen to you before you enter REM. Seems a bit scary? |

the reason why focusing on the sounds and images may cause you to fall asleep is rather easy to understand. They're there to make you fall asleep, that's what they're "designed" for. Anyways. I've tried wilding, but everytime I just seem to lose concentration and either start fading away or wake up. Last night I got afraid of them sounds, there were some guys chanting a satanic spell ;D. How can I, please, focus more while wilding? How do I prevent myself from falling asleep? |
