      Hello, my name is Marc

      Hello, I am a newbie at Lucid Dreaming.

      I have been trying to have a Lucid Dream for about 2 days now, I've been keeping a journal, except I can't remember my dreams, so I only have 1 entry. Tomorrow I will be trying the Alarm Clock Method.

      If you have any tips, post them here.

      Hi

      One thing I've found when keeping a dream journal is that the more I write in it, the more easily it becomes to remember my dreams. My normal dreams seem to become longer and more vivid. So stick at it, I'm sure you'll start to remember more about your dreams as you go on.

      Patients is the way to go it can take a little more time start to LD, and it takes years to master LDing. Other then that welcome to the site it is a great group of people.
