Hi - I'm new to this forum. I used to have lucid dreams all the time when I was younger and I thought everyone could... When I got into my teens and early twenties I seemed to stop having so many - but when I was 24 I got into meditation and I started to have them again.
I'm 27 now and have been practising some of the techniques that are on your forum (such as reality checks) but mostly I just seem to realise I'm dreaming and then become lucid.
I've also noticed that the more meditation I do, the more lucid dreaming I can do.
At the moment I'm looking to have more lucid dreams (I get around 1 or 2 a month now) and I'm also trying to learn how not to wake up as soon as I get lucid. Mostly I guess I'm trying to see if I can get back to how I was when I was 5 and had lucid dreams every night!
Any help really appreciated!
