      Hey there.

Hey everyone! I just joined today...

I was wondering... I cannot remember any of my dreams whatsoever, it doesnt even seem like I dream at all, but I know that everyone dreams. Is there any way I could remember my dreams better?

      Thanks!!

Hi Jhaatwt41! First of all, welcome to Dreamviews, It's such an amzing place. Im sure youll find that out for your slef soon.

OKay, to rememebr your dreasm better there a few thigns that can do. The best way is to keep a dream journal. Just any pad of paper when you can wirte in right when you wake up. Right down any fragments of drems or even how you feel when you wake up. This will help tremdously.

second, you should try to tell yourslef as you go to sleep that you will rememebr your dreasm in the morning. Just really belive that and use yoru dream journal when you wake up.

If you do those 2 things you should be remebring your dreams in no time!

      Welcome Jhaatwt4!
Definitely keeping a dream journal will really help you. Also the more you become interested in your dreams, the more it will be easier to remember them.
      Good luck

I remembered at least one a night using this technique: Keep a recorder by your bed, and as soon as you wake up, record it. I usually forget later inthe day. Then, you gotta have tons of motivation. Whenever you get tired of trying to have a lucid, think about when you can control your dreams, doing stuff you want, not getting scared by nightmares, ect.
      Good luck.

      Welcome to the forum!
The best thing to do is keep a DJ, but if that doesn't work, try laying perfectly still in bed & think.

And after a few more nights I have remembered little parts of other dreams.
