      Hi all

Hi, my name's Eddie. I have been interested in lucid dreaming for a couple of years and I read Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming, and I have had numerous LDs, but for a long while recently I have been slacking off. I recently started a program called Lucid Dreams in 30 Days and now I am rekindling my efforts. I was very happy to see a serious, involved forum like this to talk to like-minded people about this fascinating hobby. I look forward to learning a lot here!

      Hi welcome to the board!
can you tell us more of this program of which you speak? Is it on the internet? maybe post a link to it, i'm sure the others would be very interested to read it...
And yes, we are serious, like minded people, but we have our fun side...check out the off topic discussion forums, there's always a lot happening in there!

Hey there Eddie, welcome to the forum. Make yourself comfortable

I too am interested in hearing more about this program I've never heard of it. It's great that you are working again at getting your lucids back...they really are wonderful aren't they? Anyways I'm not sure what the lucid in 30 days program is all about but hopefully it already has you keeping a dream journal to increase your dream recall and doing reality checks...etc, but I'm sure you already know that stuff since you read Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming.

Also spend some time going through the different forum sections and taking a look at everything we have to offer here...there's quite a plethora of useful information and advice.

If you have any questions feel free to PM me anytime.

The program is a book, info is available here: http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detai...015244?v=glance

It is mostly stuff I already know, but it's nice to have it all in a logical order.

EDIT: PS, didn't mean to imply that the forum members don't have a fun side, after all, what's more fun than lucid dreaming?
