My first lucid, I had MAJOR powers on first try

I'm so excited. My first REAL lucid, I had another but I woke up immediately. Anyways, I'll just list the stuff I could do:
      1. Fly
      2. Go back in time.
      3. Make water fall from the sky. And create a pond..
      4. Make people disappear.
      5. Stick my hand through my hand.
I couldn't change the scene, and I was too afraid to wake myself up to try anything else. I tried the spinning thing, but that woke me up. My question though is: During the middle of the dream, I lost all my "powers." Then I gained them back. Is there a technique for gaining them back?

Congrats on your LD man. About regaining abilities, I've had the same issue whenever I tried to fly, and It's all about how lucid you are; just how much you know for sure that you are dreaming. Like you can know you're dreaming but still fear that there just might be a chance its real, and all of a sudden your powers start fading. It has a lot to do with confidence. I once had this dream where I got out of bed and looked at my clock. After realizing I was dreaming I went outside onto the balcony and wanted to fly. At that moment I thought of the idea that I just might fall and not fly, then I jumped and just as I thought, I fell, I didn't feel any pain thankfully, but that really proved it to me and then flying was easy for the rest of the dream, lol.

The trick is not to think about it, just do it =P
