      any good books?

I am looking for something to read that will absically help me learn the knack of Lucid Dreaming. I have saw some online but I wasnted to ask you all here as thier seems to be some guru's here.

I already ave excellent dream recall. I have terrible nightmares now and then and it really irritates my wife when I awake screaming. My heart is always beating out of my chest and I can feel my heartbeat in my face. I think my nightmares might kill me one day so I have decided to try and control them. Any help from you would be helpful.

      Thanks.
