      Hello

      I've had vivid dreams all my life, and often spontaneous lucid ones in childhood. I must've had my head down because I didn't realise until recently that it is possible to have any control over this. After reading several books about OBE's, astral projection and lucid dreaming I had my first intentional one about 2 weeks ago. I've had one other since then, where I became lucid briefly at the end, but I'm working on it - doing the dream journal and trying to figure out how and when to do reality checks

      I have years of experiece with lucid dreaming, but I am still a beginner when it comes to astral projection. But I am very well read on the subject.
