Thread: Help....

So I am just lying there with my eyes closed, waves of heavyness come over me and random thoughts come to my head, an event will take place but i just imagine it i dont actully see it happen,maybe even a friend will say something to me but i dont see anything it is just all pitch black? Why dont I see anything?

Umm... What's the situation where that happens? If it's when you're falling asleep, trying WILD or meditating, it's totally normal I think. If you're trying WILD, you just need to wait, relax more and go deeper to get into hypnagogic imagery phase. It's hard to help though, because you don't really tell much about your problem.
