First HI!
The first time i've heard about lucid dreams was a few months ago (don't remember where). But then, about a month ago, I went searching on the internet. Found some sites, but this one is one of the best. I registered at the forum and read some of the tutorials (also on the other pages). I was amazed, what "power" can we have at night. Just for fun i started dream recall.
The first night i remembered 3 dreams, the second 4 (I think). I also started writing my Dream Journal. The i got "frightened" because I was waking up in the middle of the night... After 3 or 4 days I continued. Now I can recall only max. 2 dreams per night, but they are more detailed. And so, I 'm asking you: Is it possible to have more dreams, but not set the alarm clock to waik you up during the REM stages? I only tell myself, that i must remeber my dreams (like the 1st two days).
