      A non-working WILD :(

This morning, I decided I'd try WILDing. I tryid the 5 steps program and I got really relaxed, but I didnt get into SP, no HI. The only thing that I felt was I were being rocked like in a hammock.
After a couple of minutes, I decided to try and get into a dream anyway, and thought it might help if I imagined the hammock spinning 360 degrees, but after a while, nothing happened.
      so I just got up.
But my body was very tingly and heavy. How long away was I from a WILD?

A few minutes eh? Hmmm patience is a virtue. Typically it takes me at least 45-60 minutes to make it into vibrational/HI stages and get lucid. Sometimes longer.

But it also depends on the time of day you are doing it. I usually WILD during the afternoon which is maybe why it takes me a bit longer. If I were to try WILDing at JUST the right parts in the night or really early morning I bet I could get there alot faster. Sometimes I am woken up by something, and it must be perfect timing because as soon as I close my eyes to go back to sleep I am in the vibrational stage and WILD happens almost immediately.
