You dream EVERY night many times.

Set your alarm during a dream cycle to wake you up.

Also start writing a dream journal and try this.

When you wake up from a dream stay still keep eyes closed.

Trace back your most recent memory until your dream comes into existence again.

Good Luck and send me a message if you have questions.

Hey, welcome to the board!! i've sent you a welcome PM, maybe you've already read it, and that hasn't helped.
The best bit of advice i can give you is to begin writing in a dream journal, begin keeping a record of what you dream about.
at first, you might be able to recall very little, but you should still write this down, even if it's only something simple like an emotion.
very often the act of writing one thing down, kick starts the brain into remembering the rest of it.
in your PM, i posted a link to the dream journal thread, you can begin documenting your dreams in there.
i tend to keep a notebook and pen by my bed, write my dreams down on waking, and then transfer them to the journal on here.
      Hope this helps!!
PM me if you want any more advice, and i'll be happy to help.

It's hard to start a Dream Journal if you can't remember anything at all, so try this: When you're already in bed just waiting to fall asleep tell yourself with firm resolution that you will remember your dreams to the very detail when you wake up next morning. I find this to be very effective because if I ever forget to tell myself this, I find that I can't recall many dreams, lol, thats why I try to never forget it.

So when you wake up next morning, try to lay in bed for a little while and try to recall everything you can. If you recall a faint image, ask yourself questions, like, why do you remember that or how it makes you feel. If you remember a certain place, ask yourself how you got there or maybw where you went afterwards.

Some people say that the more you move, the more you'll forget, although it isnt like that for me at all. I usually wake up with no recall and when I shower all the dreams sort of "come to me". You should just experiment and see what works best for you, since we all have different minds.
